Superstar Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao celebrated their 15th anniversary at Gir park The couple were joined by relations Ira, Azad, Imran and his daughter Imara Malik Khan Before heading out for a three-day safari Aamir interacted with media and fans.

The couple were lucky to identify the Asiatic Lion during their safari. After visiting the Gir Forest and catching a glimpse of the lions Aamir penned a many thanks letter to the Forest Minister thanking him for an exquisite experience.
Aamir wrote, “What an exquisite and unique experience this morning! In gratitude to the forest department for my important work of conservation being done here. it had been our luck to identify the king of the jungle, with its native family. Best wishes and many thanks .”
Additional Chief Secretary (Forest Department) Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta took to Twitter and wrote, “Amir Khan expresses his feelings after visiting Gir Forest. Come & see the sole habitat of Asiatic Lions as their numbers have grown exponentially from 327 in 2001 to 674 in 2020 thanks to massive & sustained conservation efforts under overarching leadership of Hon @PMOIndia.@CMOGuj.”
On the work front Aamir are going to be seen in Laal Singh Chadha co-starring Kareena Kapoor.
